On the morning of February 15, Be Bright Industry Co., Ltd., Tien Hai Viglacera Industrial Park (IP) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Project of manufacturing household and bathroom accessories, indoor and outdoor lighting, interior and exterior furniture.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were: Tran Quoc Vuong, former Politburo Commissioner, former Standing Secretary of the Secretariat; Ngo Dong Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of departments, branches and units of the province, and representatives of Viglacera.
Be Bright Industrial Co., Ltd.’s interior and exterior decorations manufacturing project has a scale of 20 hectares with a total investment of nearly 75 million USD. The factory is expected to supply 900,000 products/year; household appliances, interior and exterior decoration, bathroom furniture: 741,000 products/year, equivalent to 7,410 tons/year; mirror from sheet mirror, glass lampshade: 118,000 products/year, equivalent to 590 tons/year; household appliances (beds, cabinets, tables, and chairs) of metal, leather, and wood: 200,000 products/year, equivalent to 7,500 tons/year.
According to the plan, the project will come into operation in March 2024; Phase II in January 2025, and Phase III in May 2025, the revenue is about 2,101 billion VND/year, the budget is about 128 billion VND/year, creating jobs for 2,500 employees.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the project representative expressed his deep impression when in 2018, after surveying 15 industrial parks across the country, the enterprise decided to invest in Tien Hai Industrial Park, located in Thai Binh province, because they realized the potential and advantages of Tien Hai Industrial Park as well as Thai Binh province.

Tien Hai Industrial Park has a scale of 466 hectares, located in the Thai Binh Coastal Economic Zone, adjacent to the coastal road connecting 6 coastal provinces, expected to be completed this year. Accordingly, the distance from the Industrial Park to Hai Phong port will be shortened to only 40 minutes by car, only 55 minutes to Cat Bi international airport, 60 minutes to Lach Huyen international port. The travel time to Ha Long will be 90 minutes, instead of 2.5 hours as before, to Van Don airport in only 150 minutes and Mong Cai border gate in 180 minutes. As a result, the movement and circulation of goods from the IP to the neighboring provinces and exporting to the international market are more convenient and faster.
Recently, National Highway 37 and Hoa River bridge connecting Thai Binh province and Hai Phong city have also been renovated and upgraded, perfecting the connection between highways and national highways as well as the regional traffic network, ensuring traffic safety and improving transport capacity, expanding industrial and urban development space, creating conditions for local socio-economic development.
Thanks to its adjacent position to the coastal highway, it is easy to move from Tien Hai Industrial Park to Hai Phong port and Cat Bi airport
Not only benefiting from a convenient location, but enterprises investing in Tien Hai Industrial Park are also entitled to coastal economic zone incentives including Corporate income tax rate of 10% for 15 years, tax exemption for the first 4 years and 50% reduction for the next 9 years; Import tax incentives; Personal income tax incentives; etc.
