Responding to the Government’s project “Investing and constructing at least one million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021 – 2030”, on August 10, 2023, at the V8 Building, Viglacera Social Housing Area, Yen Phong Industrial Park, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province, Viglacera Corporation – JSC held the Grand Opening of the One-Stop Service Center of the Social Housing Project for workers in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province.
Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Duc Cao – Deputy Head of the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks, Mr. Dang Tran Duc – Head of Housing and Real Estate Market Management Department of Bac Ninh Construction Department, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc – Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Confederation and leaders of districts and communes’ People’s Committees, business representatives and workers in industrial parks.
One-stop service center of Viglacera social housing project is established as a place to provide completely free support and consultation on preferential policies of the State, home purchase application procedures, loan procedures, and answer questions for workers and laborers in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province who want to buy or rent houses at social housing projects that Viglacera has been building in Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh.
The one-stop service center accompanies customers throughout the entire process from learning about buying and renting a house, registering documents, signing contracts until receiving the house. This is a very specific, practical and effective model for workers in industrial parks to quickly access their dream of settling down and the State’s preferential policies on social housing and worker housing.
The center is also the place where enterprises in the industrial parks get the information, choose, and even place orders from Viglacera for their workers’ housing needs, ensuring to attract and maintain a stable workforce to meet the demands of production and business activities of enterprises.
In addition, information about social housing projects and worker housing projects is introduced and consulted directly by Viglacera to customers, which will ensure the most openness and transparency.

At the grand opening, Mr. Dang Tran Duc appreciated Viglacera’s efforts in establishing a one-stop service center to answer workers’ concerns in renting and buying social housing and worker housing. This is a new step to realize the Government Project of building at least one million social housing apartments in the period 2021 – 2030.
Also at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cao shared that the current spontaneous boarding houses only meet the needs for accommodation but do not meet daily needs such as recreation, entertainment, cultural activities, social infrastructure… safely and comfortably. Viglacera’s social housing projects have been built with green living spaces, security, fire fighting and protection, as well as many amenities that can improve the quality of life for workers. Currently, enterprises are also very interested in policies to care for employees so that they can have a stable life and feel secure in working with the enterprises for a long time. The Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks will support the dissemination of information about the project to enterprises in need.
Phase 1 of the Social Housing Project for workers in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province (located next to Yen Phong industrial park) has a scale of 9.6 hectares, including 8 9-storey buildings with nearly 2,400 apartments. The apartments have diverse areas from 26.5 – 54 – 67.4 square meters, corresponding to 1 to 3 bedrooms, suitable for many customers.
