Hanoi, December 31, 2025 – This morning, Viglacera Corporation – JSC officially launched the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC Viglacera), a key highlight in the enterprise’s strategy to develop Green & Smart Industrial Parks (IPs). This is considered a strategic step forward in the management, supervision, and sustainable development of the industrial park ecosystem invested and operated by Viglacera.
Over the past period, Viglacera has focused its investment on two main pillars serving as the foundation for IP development under the new orientation officially launched by the Corporation’s leadership in February 2024: Green Solutions and Smart Solutions. After nearly two years of persistence and adherence to these goals, initial results are now clearly visible.

Green Solutions
These solutions aim for clean energy usage, resource conservation, and strict pollution control. Specifically:
- Clean Energy & Efficiency: Implementation of solar power systems and installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations to reduce fossil fuel consumption. The solar power system alone helps minimize at least 15% of electricity costs monthly and reduces CO₂ emissions.
- Effective Water Resource Management:
- Application of an automatic chemical control and dosing system at wastewater treatment plants. This system uses sensors for automatic and continuous monitoring of wastewater quality. Based on monitoring signals, the system automatically adjusts chemical flow using metering pumps equipped with inverters and flow meters, ensuring treatment efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing operational safety. The entire system is integrated into the central SCADA for timely monitoring and warnings.
- Wastewater Quality Monitoring System: Synchronized installation of online monitoring stations to continuously track key indicators (such as COD, TSS, pH) and transmit real-time data to the center. This enhances environmental management efficiency, ensures regulatory compliance, and increases transparency in discharge. Wastewater is also circulated and recycled for watering plants within the industrial park.

Smart Solutions
This group of solutions focuses on strengthening digital transformation to improve service quality and management efficiency, including: The Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), Smart Infrastructure Management System, and Digitization of Customer Services.
- Smart Infrastructure: Operations have commenced for systems including smart lighting, AI cameras (Smart Cameras), and automatic fire alarms.
- The automatic fire warning system provides accurate alerts, transmits immediate information to the Operator House, and automatically connects with Fire Prevention and Fighting agencies. Notably, it integrates Digital Maps (GIS) to quickly identify locations, hydrants, and the fastest access routes in case of incidents.
- Customer Application: Viglacera initially deployed the Customer App at Yen Phong Industrial Park in May 2025 and plans to expand to other IPs in the Corporation’s system. This application digitizes all infrastructure and operational data, provides online support for procedures and operational processes, and allows customers to manage information, invoices, look up data, submit feedback, and communicate directly.
Strategic Vision & Future Outlook
To achieve further advancements, Viglacera will cooperate with partners possessing sufficient financial capacity and business advantages to invest in component projects at IPs. This aims to increase amenities, elevate the class and brand of the Corporation’s IPs, and maximize land fund efficiency. The Corporation will invest in additional utility works, apply digital transformation in operations management, improve environmental quality, and integrate smart technology to enhance competitiveness; gradually vigorously developing green and smart IPs towards the formation of industrial cities integrated with eco-urban areas.

With an additional area of approximately 2,000 -3,000 hectares, in 2025, Viglacera has focused on potential localities such as Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Lang Son, etc.
Viglacera is also determined to gradually transition new and existing IPs according to core objectives: maximizing cuts in raw material and fuel consumption for operations; reducing water consumption; using energy economically and efficiently; increasing the use of renewable energy; and reducing environmental pollution and emissions, thereby creating practical benefits for secondary investors.
The Role of IOC Viglacera
The inauguration of the IOC is likened to activating the central “brain,” functioning to receive, connect, monitor, and centrally control all technical systems (cameras, electricity, water, fire protection, etc.). It comprehensively manages activities at green industrial parks, applying modern technology to integrate data from various systems, providing a panoramic and intuitive view of all operational and environmental indicators.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Bui Le Cao Ke – Deputy General Director of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, emphasized:
“IOC Viglacera will be the strategic information coordination center, supporting the effective implementation of technology-environment-safety solutions at green IPs. The standards for green industrial parks and the service systems we aim for all focus on the goals of reducing emissions, cutting exhaust gases, and promoting the use of green and clean energy. These are the key factors that customers desire when experiencing the provided services. Meeting these standards and services fully not only improves industrial park operational quality but also creates a distinct competitive advantage for enterprises, especially in export activities to demanding markets like the G7 and the European Union (EU).”
IOC Viglacera is not only a place for online monitoring of technical infrastructure, environmental, and security order indicators, but also supports Viglacera’s leadership in making quick and effective decisions based on real-time data analysis. This helps optimize the production-business operation process while establishing a safe, transparent, and environmentally friendly investment environment.
The launch of the Viglacera IOC Center will certainly contribute to enhancing competitive value and attracting investment in the context of the rapidly developing digital economy.
Over many years, Viglacera has continuously strengthened clean energy solutions and invested in modern, sustainable infrastructure systems at industrial parks, aiming to both serve secondary enterprises and contribute to the national NetZero development goal in the coming decades.
The inauguration event took place at the end of 2025 – closing a year where Viglacera placed its focus on the green & smart industrial park segment, while opening a new phase in the enterprise’s journey of digital transformation and sustainable development.
