Viglacera hosts an event to introduce Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP

Viglacera Real Estate Business Company organized a meeting to introduce Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP on March 22, 2024. The event attracted the interest and participation of over 30 consulting partners from South Korea, China, and Vietnam. At the event, Viglacera exchanged information about the development direction and the green, smart solutions planned for implementation at Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP.

Viglacera Industrial Park continuously attracts green projects

Following the kick-off of the New Year 2024 project at Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP, the leadership of Viglacera officially established standards for Viglacera’s next IP projects to strictly adhere to green and smart goals. Core objectives have been incorporated into action plans, such as maximizing resource efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, minimizing water usage, and mitigating environmental pollution. As a result, green projects have consecutively been commenced within Viglacera’s IPs.

Awarding Ceremony of Investment Registration Certificate for Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project of Song Cong 2 Industrial Park – Phase 2, Thai Nguyen province

Viglacera was approved by the Deputy Prime Minister for the investment policy, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province and the Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Zones held a ceremony to award the Investment Registration Certificate for the infrastructure construction and business investment project of Song Cong 2 Industrial Park - Phase 2, Thai Nguyen province - with total area of 296,24 hectares.

Doc Da Trang Industrial Park project was approved by the Prime Minister for the investment policy, Viglacera consecutively had 2 new industrial park projects in March 2024

Viglacera was signed by the Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on approving the investment policy of "Infrastructure construction and business investment project of Doc Da Trang Industrial park, Khanh Hoa province". The project is developed by Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company - a subsidiary of Viglacera Corporation - JSC. The project's land use scale is 288 hectares.

The ceremony of handing over the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Residential Houses, and other assets attached to the land to customers who have purchased apartments in Building V8 of the project.

On the morning of March 29, 2024, at Building V8 - the One-Stop Support Center of the Viglacera Yen Phong social housing project, the "Ceremony of handing over the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Residential Houses, and other assets attached to the land" took place for customers who had purchased apartments in Building V8 of the project.

Grand Opening of One-Stop Support Center for Dong Van 4 Industrial Park Residential and Service Area

Not just one of the largest and most strategically invested industrial parks, but recently Viglacera, the developer, actively initiated the residential and service area for workers at Dong Van 4 Industrial Park. During the festive season from Tet to Spring, Viglacera inaugurated the One-Stop Support Center to provide free consultation and assistance to workers regarding home purchasing procedures under the housing policy.
