Viglacera actively welcomes investment waves from China Always assessing China as a key market, in August 2024, Viglacera attended the investment promotion delegation of Thai Binh province to carry out activities to attract enterprises in Shenzhen and Shanghai (China). On July 30th, during the Vietnam Industrial Park Forum 2024 (VIPF 2024) hosted by Investment Newspaper, Viglacera was honored as the “Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer with a Green Transition Strategy 2024” at the VIPF Green Future Awards. This award recognizes companies and industrial park developers that adopt advanced, environmentally-friendly practices to optimize production processes, minimize emissions, and conserve resources. |
Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP: A Rising Investment Destination In Northern Vietnam Recently, THK Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has chosen this new industrial park developed by Viglacera for its production expansion. With an investment of $180 million. Additionally, in September, Viglacera Real Estate Company awarded a principal agreement for the land sublease with Johnson Health Tech Co., Ltd. in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Quoc Phuong, along with provincial leaders and officials from various ministries. |

Taiwanese manufacturing enterprises explore investment opportunities in Viglacera Industrial Park Recently, in Taipei and Hsinchu City, Viglacera proudly participated as a prominent Vietnamese industrial park developer in a series of investment seminars organized by the Vietnamese Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, the Foreign Investment Agency, the Taipei Business Association in Hanoi and Megabank.
