Following the recent signing of a sales representative agreement in Japan, Viglacera Real Estate Company has further expanded its international sales network by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shinhan Bank Vietnam. This collaboration marks a key milestone in Viglacera’s strategy to enhance foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows, particularly from South Korean enterprises, into its industrial parks.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh, Director of Viglacera Real Estate Company, and Mr. Ryu Je Eun, Deputy General Director of Shinhan Bank Vietnam.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ko Tae Yeon, Chairman of the Korean Business Association in Vietnam (Kocham), underscoring the strong and longstanding ties between Viglacera and the South Korean business community. This partnership further strengthens Viglacera’s commitment to attracting increased investment from South Korea, a priority market for the company. South Korea has consistently been a vital source of investment in Viglacera’s industrial parks, with numerous prominent corporations such as Samsung, Amkor Technology, Hyosung, Anam Electronics, and Hana Micron choosing Viglacera’s industrial parks for their operations. Currently, over 100 South Korean enterprises are operating within Viglacera’s industrial parks, with a combined investment exceeding $12 billion.
