Hanoi continues to direct and request to ensure the commencement of the Ring Road No.4 project on May 19

The Ring Road No.4 – Capital Region project is entering the rush stage, especially in site clearance. The Hanoi People’s Committee has just requested districts, towns and relevant departments and branches to urgently implement the direction of the Government and the City, ensuring the project’s commencement on May 19, 2025.
