The Ring Road No.4 – Capital Region project is entering the rush stage, especially in site clearance. The Hanoi People’s Committee has just requested districts, towns and relevant departments and branches to urgently implement the direction of the Government and the City, ensuring the project’s commencement on May 19, 2025.
Currently, site clearance is entering the rush stage. According to the report of the Hanoi Department of Transport, about 80% of the area requiring site clearance has been completed, but there are still some problems related to resettlement and compensation for agricultural land.
