On the morning of December 19, at Dong Mai Viglacera Industrial Park (Quang Ninh Province), Tonly Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for its fourth smart electronics manufacturing plant. The event took place amidst a nationwide drive to commence, inaugurate, and technically open 234 key projects and works in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Tonly is a member company of the TCL Group, operating in the manufacturing of speakers, headphones, and smart electronic devices. It serves as a supplier for numerous global brands, including Sony, Philips, Harman Kardon, and Logitech. Previously, Tonly invested in and operated three factories within Dong Mai Viglacera Industrial Park.
The new project covers an area of over 40,000 m² and will continue operations within this industrial park. It will specialize in manufacturing accessories for Virtual Reality (VR) glasses, control devices, smartwatches, cameras, as well as various components, auxiliary parts, and other high-tech product lines. Once fully operational, the factory is expected to reach an annual capacity of approximately 19 million products
The specific investment capital for this project is $70 million. This brings Tonly’s total investment in Dong Mai Viglacera Industrial Park to over $300 million, positioning this location as the Tonly Group’s largest manufacturing hub in the region. These factories will generate employment for thousands of workers, contributing significantly to export turnover and budget revenue while promoting the development of the processing and manufacturing industry in Quang Ninh Province.
