At the Forum on Sustainable Development of the Real Estate Market organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Business Forum Magazine on the morning of November 27, the Dong Van 4 Industrial Park’s Worker Housing Area (Ha Nam Province) invested by Viglacera was honored to be awarded in the “Worth Living Project” category.

The service area and workers’ housing project of Dong Van IV Industrial Park in Kim Bang District, Ha Nam Province has a total area of 15.1 hectares, of which the focus is 11 apartment buildings with a scale of 7-9 floors – equivalent to 2,122 apartments, with the goal of: Partially solving the housing needs of cadres, workers, and employees working for enterprises in Dong Van IV Industrial Park and enterprises in Ha Nam Province, contributing to stability, sustainability, and ensuring the lives of workers. Also at Dong Van 4 Industrial Park, Viglacera invested in a housing service area for workers, with full urban facilities: kindergarten, medical center, parking lot, landscape and trees, sports area to ensure a full and comfortable living environment.
Responding to the wishes of the majority of workers in Ha Nam province, as well as the decision to create a “push” towards “forming a civilized and modern living environment”, contributing to improving the urban landscape, in line with the goal of developing social housing of the province, on November 22, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province issued Decision 1608/QD – UBND on approving the adjustment of the investment policy of the Project to build a service area, housing for workers in Dong Van IV Industrial Park, Kim Bang district. Accordingly, instead of limiting the homebuyers to workers working in Dong Van 4 Industrial Park, from December 1, 2024, the project will expand to meet the housing and living needs of workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions inside and outside industrial parks in Ha Nam province.

Because of the resonance of such humane factors – in his speech at the Forum, VCCI Vice President Hoang Quang Phong also highly appreciated the initiative of the Business Forum Magazine when deciding to award certificates to “Worth Living Projects” when they correctly and accurately meet the aspirations of people for a place to settle down.
The fact that Viglacera has a real estate product that is certified and honored in the “Worth Living Projects” Program will be a great encouragement for the company to strive to do better in projects that will be developed in the future, thereby contributing to improving the quality of urban life.
