Hanoi, April 24, 2025 – Viglacera Corporation – JSC (Viglacera) has just been honored by VNR500 Organization in two prestigious categories: Top 10 Industrial Real Estate Companies and Top 10 Construction Materials Enterprises. Notably, in the field of industrial real estate, Viglacera has excellently risen to third place, while in the field of construction materials – Viglacera is firmly in second place in this prestigious ranking.
Along with that, Viglacera’s Tile and Stone Product Group ranked first in the Top 5 Prestigious Construction Materials Companies. The year 2024 marked a strong impression with Viglacera’s continuous efforts in the field of industrial real estate investment and trading. Overcoming market fluctuations, Viglacera continued to affirm its position as one of the leading industrial real estate investors in Vietnam by adding 3 new industrial parks to its asset portfolio: Doc Da Trang Industrial Park (Khanh Hoa), Song Cong II Industrial Park (Thai Nguyen), and Tran Yen Industrial Park ( Yen Bai ). This move helped Viglacera increase its industrial park land fund by 839.04 hectares.
