On December 16, 2025, Viglacera Corporation – JSC successfully organized the Tenant Conference for Yen Phong Viglacera Industrial Parks (IPs). The conference was graced by the presence of Viglacera’s leadership, representatives from the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, and the Bac Ninh Industrial Zone Authority. Also in attendance were over 150 representatives from leading domestic and international enterprises operating within the three Yen Phong IPs, including Samsung, Orion, Hyosung, Amkor, MCC, and Cayi, etc. This event served as a platform for Viglacera to express its gratitude and engage in an open, transparent dialogue with our tenants. It provided an opportunity for provincial leaders and the developer to directly listen to and resolve the concerns of the business community, ensuring that operational efficiency and the actual needs of partners remain the foundation for long-term cooperation.
The conference featured the participation of Provincial Authorities – The Infrastructure Developer Viglacera – And the community of over 150 secondary enterprises across the three Yen Phong Viglacera IPs
Since 2006, the three Yen Phong Industrial Parks have been identified as key economic drivers for Bac Ninh Province. To date, the IPs have attracted nearly $15 billion in investment, becoming a premier hub for the electronics and semiconductor industries. These IPs have created hundreds of thousands of jobs and contributed significantly to the provincial budget. These figures clearly reflect Viglacera’s capacity to operate industrial park infrastructure, while simultaneously setting increasingly high standards for infrastructure quality in the next phase of development.
The most significant highlight of the Yen Phong Viglacera Industrial Parks Tenant Conference was the open and transparent dialogue session between three parties: State Management Agencies – The Developer Viglacera – Enterprises. With the attendance and direct direction of Mr. Pham Van Thinh – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Head of the Bac Ninh Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc – Head of the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Management Board; along with leaders of various Departments, Boards, and Sectors of Bac Ninh, and representatives of the Viglacera developer leadership, the conference directly addressed the most urgent need of investors: To be heard and to have difficulties resolved.
During the discussion session, a series of practical questions and recommendations related to infrastructure, operations and maintenance, investment sectors, administrative procedures, and construction management regulations were raised by the enterprises. Instead of one-way information reception, representatives of the Provincial Leadership and the Industrial Zones Management Board, together with the developer Viglacera, directly answered and clarified regulations right at the conference, while committing to accompany enterprises in completely resolving existing difficulties.

With the motto “Companion for development,” Viglacera and Bac Ninh province agreed to view listening to and resolving difficulties for enterprises as a core task and the highest measure of management efficiency. This serves as an important basis for Viglacera to adjust, perfect, and elevate its development model.
In the coming period, Viglacera will coordinate closely with the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Management Board to deploy a “One-Stop Center” right within the industrial park, combined with a 24/7 online support channel to minimize time and administrative procedure costs for enterprises.
The three Yen Phong Viglacera IPs (Yen Phong IP, Yen Phong Expansion IP, and Yen Phong 2C IP) are operating stably.
As a leading industrial park developer, Viglacera clearly defines its responsibility not only as developing technical infrastructure but also as building a synchronized Industrial Park Ecosystem, including: Service infrastructure – Worker housing – Vocational training – and Production support amenities.
