The official launch event of Viglacera Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. (VIGSA) took place on February 26, 2026. The establishment of VIGSA, based on the merger of the Corporation’s former sanitary ware and faucet manufacturing and trading units, marks a new chapter in Viglacera’s strategy to elevate its brand position and build sustainable value. Conducting this important ceremony with the main message “Resonance and Reaching forward” VIGSA affirmed its strong connection on a solid foundation and its aspiration for breakthroughs thanks to its technological depth and its valued partners and customers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien – Chairman of the Board of Members of VIGSA – emphasized that the establishment of the company was a necessary step to streamline the organization and improve operational efficiency in the context of fierce competition. In response to the question: “Why the restructuring and establishment of the Vietnam Sanitary Equipment Company Limited (VIGSA)?”, Mr. Tien concisely replied: “The core objective of VIGSA is to concentrate resources and unify management to create overall strength for breakthroughs.” Mr. Tien pointed out that the soul of this innovation lies in six core pillars, but among them, investment in developing the platform, specifically in-depth production automation and digital transformation, is considered the most important strategic leverage. All of this is centered around three factors: adherence to the laws of development; ensuring sustainable growth; and the need for the enterprise to adapt to the current situation and competitive pressure of the market.

Responding to the expectations of long-standing distributors of Viglacera sanitary ware for the new unit, Mr. Tien clearly analyzed the company’s strategic goals. Alongside these are action steps regarding investment and development in core areas such as design research, production automation, branding, digital transformation, market development, and enterprise culture.
The atmosphere at the VIGSA launch ceremony became even more solemn and focused as General Director Le Anh Tuan shared the company’s Vision and Mission, outlining the steps to realize this ambition. The confidence within the distribution network was evident in the step-by-step research and development of products aimed at completing a comprehensive bathroom ecosystem and increasing VIGSA’s competitiveness. General Director Le Anh Tuan presented a general action plan. With the time to finalize new designs reduced from 6 months to 30 days, and production capacity increased through automation, the shortage of goods will be largely resolved.
