As part of the nationwide push to accelerate the target of completing nearly 160,000 social housing units in 2026 under the Government’s direction, Viglacera Corporation – JSC continues to reaffirm its pioneering role through tangible progress on construction sites and practical value delivered to the people. As reported by the Construction Newspaper (Báo Xây dựng), the CT3 Kim Chung social housing project, co-developed by Viglacera, stands out as a bright spot for openness and transparency—from the online lottery process to contract execution procedures. With affordable pricing, guaranteed construction quality, and an expected handover schedule by late 2026 – early 2027, the project opens up greater opportunities for stable settlement for policy-beneficiary families, national contributors, and working people. Viglacera is pleased to present the article “Concentrating Efforts Toward Completing Nearly 160,000 Social Housing Units” published by the Construction Newspaper.

Implementing the targets assigned by the Government for social housing development in the 2026–2030 period, localities across the country are actively accelerating project implementation to bolster housing supply.
In Hanoi, a representative from the Department of Construction reported that since the beginning of the year, the City People’s Committee has approved investment policies and assigned developers to execute 51 projects, equivalent to approximately 38,000 apartments, with a total registered investment capital of about VND 77,460 billion.
In Bac Ninh, one of the nation’s leading localities in social housing development achievements in 2025, a representative from the Department of Construction stated that while assigned a quota of 19,000 units in 2026, the province is striving to surpass 20,000 units. Recently, the province granted 14 investment certificates for local social housing construction projects, which are expected to supply tens of thousands of apartments.
