On July 28, Thai Binh Customs officially opened a new working office in Tien Hai Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province. This is the second working office of Thai Binh Customs located inside an industrial park, opening up new opportunities for cooperation and aiming to serve businesses more conveniently, professionally, and effectively.

Delivering the opening speech, Mr. Trinh Kien Cuong – Team Leader of Thai Binh Customs expressed his honor and excitement at the opening of the working office in Tien Hai Industrial Park, emphasizing: Putting the working office of Thai Binh Customs at Tien Hai Industrial Park into operation is not just opening an additional working location, but more importantly, it demonstrates Thai Binh Customs’ determination to bring customs authorities closer to businesses and serve them better.

Mr. Trinh Kien Cuong stated that Thai Binh Customs performs the state management of customs over an area comprising 16 industrial parks and a seaport system.
Among them, Tien Hai Industrial Park is a major industrial park with strong growth potential and holds an important position in the overall development orientation of Hung Yen province.
Therefore, Thai Binh Customs decided to establish a working office at Tien Hai Industrial Park with the wish and expectation that this office will become a practical and effective bridge between customs authorities and enterprises; a place where difficulties are received, guided, and promptly resolved; and customs procedures are carried out faster and in accordance with legal regulations.
This will contribute to saving time and costs for businesses, enhancing the efficiency of state customs management, improving the investment environment, and promoting production and business activities in the area.
Thai Binh Customs always considers the success of enterprises as a key factor in the development of the province. Therefore, we commit to continuing administrative procedure reform and modernizing customs management, as well as guiding and creating favorable conditions for enterprises to feel secure in investing, expanding production, and achieving sustainable growth.
Thai Binh Customs hopes to continue receiving attention and guidance from the Management Board of Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Hung Yen Province, support from divisions and teams under Customs Sub-department Zone IV, coordination from the Management Board and developer of Tien Hai Industrial Park, and especially the cooperation and partnership of the business community.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of Viglacera Infrastructure and Urban Investment Company – representing the operating unit of Tien Hai Industrial Park, shared that Viglacera has attracted 17 enterprises to Tien Hai Industrial Park, including investors from Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, and others. Additionally, over 40 existing enterprises have signed land lease contracts with the Provincial People’s Committee and are currently in operation.
Viglacera is delighted that Thai Binh Customs has opened its office in the industrial park. This is a practical milestone for executing customs procedures, reducing processing time and costs. We hope that enterprises in the industrial park currently declaring customs procedures elsewhere will move their procedures here for faster processing and to have any issues resolved directly and promptly.
Viglacera commits to continuing its coordination with the Management Board of Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Hung Yen Province and Thai Binh Customs to accompany enterprises, contributing to the growing development of the industrial park.

Mr. Takahiro Hemmi, representing Toyoda Gosei Hai Phong Co., Ltd. Branch at Tien Hai Industrial Park on behalf of investors and enterprises in the park, stated: Our company has been in Tien Hai Industrial Park for over 6 years, specializing in producing steering wheels and airbags for automobiles with a workforce of up to 3,000 employees.
For FDI enterprises, time efficiency and transparency in import-export activities are extremely important. Recently, enterprises in the industrial park have received valuable support from authorities, and bringing the customs working office directly into the industrial park is a highly practical and meaningful step.
This not only helps us significantly shorten customs clearance times and lower logistics costs, but also creates a direct communication channel to resolve difficulties and obstacles during customs clearance. Today’s office opening is the clearest demonstration of administrative procedure reform and the improvement of Vietnam’s investment environment.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Do Van Lan, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Hung Yen Province, emphasized: The opening event of Thai Binh Customs’ working office at Tien Hai Industrial Park carries great practical value, bringing state management agencies closer to enterprises to handle administrative procedures, including customs procedures, more directly. We highly appreciate this event by Thai Binh Customs and hope that in the coming time, Thai Binh Customs will arrange personnel, time, and facilities to serve enterprises increasingly better.
It is strongly believed that, with close cooperation among all parties, the working office of Thai Binh Customs at Tien Hai Industrial Park will become a reliable address for enterprises, contributing to building a favorable investment environment and positively advancing the socio-economic development of Thai Binh in particular and Hung Yen province in general.
