Additionally, in September, during the conference announcing the 2021-2030 planning period, with a vision toward 2050 and investment promotion for 2024 organized by the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, Viglacera Real Estate Company awarded a principal agreement for the land sublease with Johnson Health Tech Co., Ltd. in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Quoc Phuong, along with provincial leaders and officials from various ministries.
