Construction on the Hanoi – Quang Ninh high-speed railway line is expected to begin on April 12th

According to the plan, the groundbreaking ceremony will take place on April 12, 2026, at the construction site of the Ha Long Green Station in Tuan Chau and Viet Hung wards, Quang Ninh province.
