On May 6, 2026, in Hanoi, Viglacera Corporation – JSC and ROX Living jointly signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. The cooperation between these two major enterprises not only opens opportunities for market development but also creates conditions for both parties to maximize their respective strengths, together developing sustainably on the basis that both sides share similarities in scale, vision, and clear complementarity in capabilities.
Attending the signing ceremony on behalf of Viglacera Corporation – JSC were Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh, Deputy General Director; Mr. Bui Le Cao Ke, Deputy General Director; leaders of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company; leaders of Viglacera Sanitary Ware Single-Member LLC; and representatives of the corporation’s functional departments.
On behalf of ROX Living Joint Stock Company were Mr. Do Xuan Giao, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, General Director of ROX Living; Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep, General Director of ROX Key Joint Stock Company; and leaders of functional departments of ROX Group Holdings.
The cooperation agreement is built on the principle of maximizing the strengths of two major enterprises, both strong brands in industrial park, urban, and housing real estate investment and business. ROX Living’s distinctive strength lies in managing a large, multi-segment real estate project chain, while Viglacera’s strength lies in being a pioneering and leading building-materials manufacturer with a complete and synchronized ecosystem. Viglacera can proactively meet diverse and modern design modules, provide smart solutions to accelerate construction progress and optimize labor, and offer “one-touch” supply for large-scale orders with tailor-made product sets and dimensions requested by ROX Living. The two sides also agreed to strengthen exchanges and mutual support in developing green and smart industrial parks, emphasizing energy-saving criteria and internationally standardized operation and management services.
The parties agreed on specific working focal points under the motto: leaders assign tasks; focal points execute “one-touch” work with the highest sense of responsibility; work is planned and periodically reviewed; and cooperation is close and mutually beneficial.
Viglacera will prioritize the supply of high-quality building materials and finishing equipment for ROX Living’s project system and business activities. Key products include tiles, sintered stone, sanitary ware, green materials and energy-saving materials such as glass and autoclaved aerated concrete.
ROX Living will accompany Viglacera in expanding sales markets, strengthening customer connections, and promoting the use of high-quality building materials in civil, commercial, and real estate projects developed and distributed by ROX Living.
The combination of Viglacera’s pioneering building-materials manufacturing capacity and ROX Living’s market development network is expected to create an effective synergistic value chain and contribute positively to the trend of modern, green, and smart urban development in Vietnam.
